Charbroiled Chicken Breast - Our chicken is all-natural, locally sourced and 100% antibiotic, added hormone and steroid free and raised on family farms in cage-free environments.  We believe this humane treatment, and respect for our environment comes through in superior flavor.  Chicken is a great source of lean protein and the amount of saturated fat and cholesterol found in chicken is much lower than in red meat. Making it an excellent addition to a balanced diet. The American Heart Association has advised consuming chicken or fish instead of red meat for a lowered risk of cholesterol and subsequent heart disease development. Figs are a good source of potassium, a mineral that helps to control blood pressure and a good source of dietary fiber which has a positive effect on weight management.
Labneh Sauce – Cool and creamy and tart, our labneh sauce is made from nutrient-packed Greek yogurt sweetened with a touch of orange and honey. What differentiates Greek yogurt from traditional yogurt is that Greek yogurt has been strained to remove the whey. As a result, Greek yogurt has a creamier, thicker texture and rich flavor. In addition, the removal of whey results in a healthier yogurt. The probiotics or healthy bacteria contained in the yogurt help promote a healthy gut. Eating Greek yogurt with probiotics helps increase the good bacteria in your gut. Which can help with several digestive issues. For example, it may help keep you regular and fight the bad bacteria that can cause diarrhea. Probiotics may also be helpful for those who suffer from irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal diseases such as Crohn’s and ulcerative colitis.
Tunisian Cauliflower Gratin with a Chermoula Sauce - a delightful blend of parsley, cilantro garlic and lemon juice with a little olive oil. A healthy delicious and flavorful meal. Cauliflower is a superfood that does everything from fighting cancer through cancer stem cell killing sulforaphane compounds to significantly improving blood pressure and kidney function and is also anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamins and minerals.
Honey Roasted Carrots - Carrots are tossed with olive oil and honey in this simple, all natural, and delicious side dish. Apart from being a natural sweetener, our honey comes from bees that primarily collect nectar from clovers. Clover honey has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties. Because of honey's high sugar content, it may seem counterintuitive for diabetics to eat it. However, studies have shown that honey has a beneficial effect on blood sugar levels in diabetics. A 2014 review article published in the "Journal of Diabetes & Metabolic Disorders" reported that several studies have found that honey, when used in conjunction with anti-diabetic drugs, actually improves glycemic control. Suggesting that honey does not affect the body the same way that traditional table sugar does.

Stove Top: (Preferred Method) Bring a pot of water to a boil. Immerse the chicken breast pouch into gently boiling water for about 10 minutes. Add side dish pouches and boil for an additional 5 minutes.

Microwave: Pierce a small hole in each pouch for venting. Place the chicken breast pouch on a microwave safe dish and heat on high for 1.5 minutes, add side dish and sauce pouches and heat on high for an additional 1.5 minutes.

In the event your meal is not fully reheated after removal from the pouches, you may continue reheating in a microwave on a microwave safe dish until done - which should be no more than another minute or two. An internal temperature of 168° F must be reached. Appliances vary, adjust accordingly.

Please note: For items without sauces or gravy, cut a hole in corner of pouch and drain excess liquid before plating.
