Roasted Duck Half with Orange Sauce

Our USDA Grade A Half Duck has been roasted to perfection - tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside and is partially boned with only the wing and leg bones remaining. Duck in Orange Sauce or "Duck a l'orange" is a traditional French dish. Simply heat and serve with the enclosed orange sauce for a classic French dish. C'est trés magnifique! Roasted Duck Half with Orange Sauce
From Thawed:
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan. Bake 15-20 minutes.
Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated
