Rosemary Roasted Redskin Potatoes

The deep, caramelized flavors of roasted potatoes shine in this elegant side dish. Our chefs start with redskin potatoes and leave the skin on then lightly coated them with olive oil and seasoned them with rosemary, salt, black pepper, paprika, onion and garlic, and roast them to a golden brown. The hard work is done here, so just heat and enjoy. One order provides approximately 5 servings. One 17.5 oz. tray.

Rosemary Roasted Redskin Potatoes

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350˚ F. Remove plastic wrap from tray and cover with foil. Place tray on baking sheet in center rack of oven. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Carefully remove baking sheet with tray from oven and carefully remove foil. CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT.

MICROWAVE: Make small holes in film for venting. Reheat on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes. Rotate and continue reheating at 50% power for another 6 to 8 minutes. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes after reheating before removing from microwave. Carefully remove tray from microwave and carefully remove foil from tray. CAUTION: CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT.
